What I Offer explained
Is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It is the art and science of healthy living.
Combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements to get the body sculpted.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20years and I am currently an E-RYT 200hr and RYT 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am also the creator and director of Dynamic Yoga Barre and Dynamic Yoga Barre Training. I found the love of yoga later in my fitness career, after a neck injury forced me to give up teaching my high impact classes and focus on a more healing approach to fitness.
