I have been in the fitness industry for over 17 years and I am currently an E-RYT 200hr and RYT 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am also the creator and director of Dynamic Yoga Barre and Dynamic Yoga Barre Training. I found the love of yoga later in my fitness career, after a neck injury forced me to give up teaching my high impact classes and focus on a more healing approach to fitness.
Yoga and Barre has strengthened me mentally, emotionally, and physically. Being able to come to my mat, be present in the moment, and completely let go, has truly had a positive affect on my life. I feel blessed to share what I have learned and I am always open to learning more. I am known in the yoga community as an outgoing and playful teacher, who brings a strong and dynamic practice, as well as a focus on alignment, that will give you a deeper understanding of the practice and cultivate body awareness.
The greatest reward that I get from my work is knowing that I really am inspiring others to live healthier and happier lives and they are sharing their new found inspiration with others, making the world a better place. My favorite styles of yoga are Vinyasa, Inversion Practice, and Yoga Nidra.
